This handcrafted mug tells the quieter story — not of what was lost, but of what was saved.

Featuring a raised, 3D design inspired by the iconic balustrades of the Lake Lure Flowering Bridge, this piece honors elements of the bridge that were carefully preserved after the storm. While some balustrades were removed, others were saved and will be repurposed in the new Flowering Bridge area — carrying the past forward into what comes next.

The sculpted stone details, delicate florals, and weathered textures reflect history, intention, and care. This mug is a reminder that even through change, pieces of what mattered most can still be honored and given new life.

Each mug is handmade and one-of-a-kind, with natural variations that celebrate craftsmanship and story. More than pottery, this piece represents continuity, resilience, and the belief that what was cherished before still belongs in the future.
